- 1. Are you a manufactory or a trading company?

- 2. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We can produce based on client requirements, including custom designs for shapes, printing, colors, holes, logos, and packaging.
- 3. What are your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB.
- 4. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 10–15 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, the lead time is approximately 15–25 days, depending on the order quantity.
- 5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% test on all products before delivery to ensure quality.
- 6. What are your terms of payment?
For orders ≤ 1,000 USD: 100% in advance.
For orders ≥ 1,000 USD: 30% deposit in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We will provide photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.
